Lunatick Cosmetic Labs Eyeshadow Palette - Supernatural

The second Lunatick Cosmetic Labs' eyeshadow palette I own is called Supernatural. Which is sort of funny when you think about it because it really is a super natural palette of shades here. The palette as a whole is kissed by a rose hue and I find this to be gorgeous with blue or green eyes. And again the shadows are buttery smooth to perfection and blend like a dream.

Lunatick Cosmetics Labs Eyeshadow Palette - Relic

Lunatick Cosmetic Labs is pretty new to me. My sister introduced me to them and I am so glad she did. The quality you receive is out of this world on everything I have tried so far! I also love supporting indie cosmetics brands because they work so hard on their products and it really shows here!

This is one of two eyeshadow palettes I own from Lunatick. Meet Relic, a gorgeous modernized neutral palette. With rich hues and velvety pigments this baby is a keeper! There are a mix of finishes included here as well that make it really great for a variety of looks.

Physicians Formula Illuminating Argan Oil

Argan oil is referred to as "liquid gold" so when I can purchase "liquid gold" at the drugstore it makes me ask, how good could it be? Well in Physicians Formula's case, pretty golden! Their new illuminating argan oil is a sparkling sensation!

This formula has golden shimmer added to the oil but they also sell a plain oil version. I purchased this one because what can I say, I love glitter. I was intrigued to see how it worked and how it looked.

It is pure argan oil like you would expect. The only added ingredient is the shimmer itself. I chose to use it in the morning under my makeup and it works nicely. It can also be applied to your hair for a little extra shine. Absorbing like any other oil, it takes some time. I haven't had any breakouts from it and I don't have any irritation either. There is also no scent.

As for the illuminating properties, it's basically glitter. There are some chunkier pieces of glitter in this but I like the look. It makes my skincare routine a little more fun in the morning. I think this would work beautifully in the summertime when you are on the beach and want that extra glow. I also think it would work really nicely added to a lotion for sparkle and added moisture.

It can be purchased at your local drugstore or here at Ulta for about $15. FYI, I purchased this at my local Harmon's Discount and used a Bed Bath and Beyond coupon so I saved a few bucks.

Melt Cosmetics - Love Sick Eyeshadow Quad

This is Melt's second eyeshadow quad they released this year. I cannot say enough good things about this brand and the quality you receive here. The Dark Matter quad was super pigmented and seductive. I find myself using it all the time. This palette called Love Sick is gorgeous and no exception! The main reason I wanted this one was for the grey shadow called Fixated. It is inspired by their lipstick Space Cake. I needed this shadow in my collection. There is no doubt this is the perfect blue tinged grey with a matte finish.

Unlike Dark Matter, this set includes two iridescent shadows plus two matte. The iridescent shades are really beautiful and also have a duo chrome effect to them. You can really create some interesting looks that have so much depth with these colors.

I'm really happy I purchased both eyeshadow palettes. They compliment each other perfectly and I think they will become a favorite of mine for a long time.

Sephora 2015 Pantone Color of the Year - Facets of Marsala Eyeshadow Palette

First off, Meooowwww! I wanted this palette so bad I had to purchase this palette off Ebay due to it selling out so fast online and in stores. I don't usually like doing that but I did not want to miss out on this one. I payed more than it originally sold for but I think it is well worth the price I paid.

I love the choice and range of colors in this palette of 24 eyeshadows. There are a few shades that are more pigmented than others but every one of them had a soft (but not too soft) texture. The swatches below are on my bare skin so I would use primer for application. There are a mix of finishes, from matte to glitter. I also loved the 90's vibe I got when I swatched this. The colors are rich and warm. The reds and burgundies are perfection. They even included a duo chrome!

Here is the link to find this beauty on Sephora's website but I would definitely check Ebay if you are unable to purchase through them. As far as Sephora goes, I have not heard if they will be restocking this or not.

Maskcara's new IIID Foundation

Maskcara is one of my favorite beauty bloggers. She is down to earth in her posts and I'm always excited to try the products she suggests.
