Lorac has finally released their second pro palette and it is gorgeous. I can see this being great for all seasons but it definitely reminds me of Fall. It has the same setup as the first pro palette - the top is matte and bottom row is shimmer. They are all extremely pigmented. The only shade that was a little surprising to me was the black shade because to me it looks like a deep charcoal. But regardless, this palette is complete and beautiful.
Overall I can see tons of people loving this with its wide range of shades that are also very wearable. There are cool and warm toned colors. It includes shades like purple, navy and a shimmering army green that add a little something extra to the usual neutral palette. If you have the first pro palette and are asking if you need this one too, my answer is yes and no. There are many shades here that you probably have elsewhere but it is nice to have them all in one place. It really depends on what you have in your collection already and how obsessed you are with makeup. There is enough variety between the palettes that I believe it is worth the $42.00 if you are a makeup lover or if you are just starting your makeup collection. Plus I think they compliment each other very well.

Josie Maran's Argan Oil really is a miracle worker. Summer begins tomorrow and her argan oil with bronzer is the perfect addition to add the right amount of glow to your skin. I love to use this when I am in a rush and need just that right amount of color and moisture added. It is also perfect for the beach, just don't forget to add your SPF!

Usually Monday's call for quick makeup and running out the door. Today I share with you what I use to "wake myself up" on Monday mornings. It only takes 5-10 minutes and you are ready to go on your merry way!
Everything below is pretty self explanatory. Apply a moisturizer with SPF after cleansing. SPF is super important in your skincare routine. Don't leave home without it, even in a rush.
Powder and bronzer are optional but I like to use them to add a glow and just cleanup my skin a little bit especially if I decide not to use a tinted moisturizer or BB cream. I dust the powder over my entire face and neck (a quick contour with the bronzer) and I'm left with a more even complexion.
Use the pearl eyeliner on the inner corner of your eyes to brighten them up. The Venus eyeshadow or the eyeliner can be used for that but I used the eyeliner today and then the shadow to highlight my brow bone and my lips a little bit. Just dab a bit of eyeshadow on top of your lip balm or gloss for a little dimension.
I use the brown eyeshadow in my crease and the darker one as an eyeliner for a softer and quicker application. I love eyeshadow for the bottom lash line. You have the option to smudge it or wet it for more precision.
Finish up by applying your favorite mascara and any desired lip products.
