Liquid lipsticks are coming up strong in the makeup world. Even though they have been around a long time the long lasting intense pigmentation will never go out of style in my opinion. Who doesn't love a "what you see is what you get color" and a matte finish? I wanted to do a color series of liquid lipsticks to introduce you to some fabulous brands. Here ladies and gentleman, are the neutrals!
