This week I've been loving the Health app on my Iphone 6 Plus. It's been helping me get motivated to be more active again but also get be mindful of my habits. This app comes on your Iphone free and it can sync with a whole bunch of other health apps you use like FitBit, Weight Watchers, etc. I used to run and do yoga then I got lazy... I want to get back into doing those things to better my health and well-being. Do you guys have any health related goals or advice on staying motivated? I'd love to hear!
