This month was all about transitioning from Summer to Fall. Here are my favorites and obsessions from the past couple weeks!
Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation 113 - This foundation is perfection. When I apply it, it feels like moisture is being put back into my skin. It's refreshing and I love the finish.
Physicians Formula Lash Booster Extension Mascara - My favorite and go to mascara at the moment! It doesn't irritate my Fall allergy stricken eyes and the length and volume it gives can't be beat!! Obsessed is an understatement.
Ofra Liquid Lipstick Kathleen Lights Miami Fever - The perfect Fall pumpkin lipstick shade.
Ofra Illuminating Blush Stripes - Glow getter to the max, gorgeous!
Mac Studio Watertight Foundation NW20 - Another great foundation addition to my collection. It has a lighter coverage but doubles on the glow.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pomade Ebony - I first purchased this when I had my copper hair a while back in the shade auburn. At that point I hated it. I don't know if I wasn't applying it correctly, the color was wrong or what but my first reaction was, yuck. Then the heavens shined down and I gave the ebony shade a shot after seeing all my fellow raven haired ladies sporting it. Wow, I am in love! It stays put all day and my brows are arched to perfection.
Becca Jaclyn Hill Highlighter Champagne Pop - Omg. I thought this was going to be one of those overhyped products but wow was I wrong. I love it! It's a gorgeous glow. A warm version of Becca's Opal shade, which I also love. I've been wearing this nonstop this month.
Bh Cosmetics Carli Bybel Palette - SO perfect! The highlighters in this palette are top notch! They apply reminiscent of Becca's powder highlighters (which cost $30 something dollars a piece compared to this $15 palette). The eyeshadows are really pretty and pigmented. I love the mauve colors since that seems to be my go to eyeshadow tone lately. Great job Carli, I might have to get a backup!
Ole Henrikson Truth Serum Collagen Booster - I had to see what the hype for this product was about and I am so glad I did. I use this in the morning and at night before my moisturizer. It really does give my skin a boost. I just finished my first bottle and I will be back for another. The only thing I don't like is that it is easy to pump out too much which is why my bottle went so fast I think (a little over a month) and the price kind of sucks too, $48.
Ole Henrikson Pue Truth Youth Activating Oil - I purchased this at the same time as the Truth Serum and also love it. I use this one only at night since it does leave an orange cast (kind of like a fake tan). It's the perfect companion to the serum and it gives my skin an instant and long lasting healthy glow.
Origins GinZing Eye Cream - This has been on my favorites lists for a long time. I finally finished my sample size and purchased the full size. I love this because it works not only for an eye opening eye cream in the morning but also as a great facial highlighter. I love using this under my eyes and on the tops of my cheek bones. It makes my powder highlighters pop on top!
Mauve - I am obsessed with mauve makeup lately. From lipstick to blush to eyeshadow, I need it in my life.
Plaid - If it comes in plaid, it's coming home with me. I feel like plaid is the epitome of Fall and everything cozy.
Dunkin Donuts Toasted Almond Coffee
Anything 90's - The shoes and bag below are a huge example of this! Loving the 90's trend right now. Brown lipstick and knee highs, yes please!

It's that time of year ladies and gents, holiday makeup collectors have arrived! Tarte has released a simply glamorous collection this year! As soon as I saw this palette case I knew I had to add it to my collection.
If you are looking to try out Tarte's eyeshadows, blush, and bronzer then this is for you! If you are a glam glow getter, this is for you! And finally if you are a neutral loving mother, this is for you!
The texture of the shadows are buttery and smooth. The paler shades (swatched below) basically blend into my skin because I am pale (NC15 - NW20) but they are just as pigmented as the other shades in this collection. I love the variety of neutrals included too. You have everything you need right here, a navy all the way to a mauve. All the trending colors are included.
This retails for $59 and is limited edition. I purchased mine at Sephora. The set also includes a travel palette with six more eyeshadows, a highlighter, blush, and bronzer plus a deluxe sample mascara, a nice size mirror, and double ended eyeshadow brush.

From now until Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love the decorations, crisp air, family time, holidays, everything. That being said, when I get the first glimpse of Fall decor out in the stores, it's time for decorating! I went all out this year for Fall and Halloween in our house. I wanted to share what I've done so far to give you guys some ideas!
My style was very gothic glam. I love all the different textures in pumpkins I was able to find. JoAnn's had everything from feather pumpkins to sequins. I love to use texture in my everyday decorating so when I saw these it really inspired me for my Fall decor this year.

I found a lot of the items at TJMaxx, JoAnn's Fabric, Michael's Crafts, etc. so most everything is affordable! Michael's and JoAnn's always have coupons you can find online or in the newspaper plus sales on all their seasonal stock. So definitely check that out if you are looking for a great deal!

This week while perusing the Apple App Store I found this free game called Two Dots. I was looking for a mindless game that would be something I could use to clear my head a little. Well I found it. I love this simple yet beautifully designed game! The graphics and interface are simple yet elegant.
Definitely check out this cute puzzle game! #ivegotgame
Now getting a little personal... another great App I've found is called Clue. It's the perfect App to track your monthly period and symptoms. They just updated everything in it too and made it even greater than it already was! You can track anything from your mood to weight gain. I love this one compared to others because I feel the interface is more user friendly and it keeps every aspect of your monthly cycle in mind. And if being useful wasn't enough, it's another free app!

Happy Autumn everyone! It's the start of crisp air, boots, cozy blankets, warm drinks, holidays, vampy lips and sweaters! I could go on. To celebrate the first day of Fall, I wanted to share a few festive photos of my bunny babies, Eeyore and Bumble. They're waiting for the Great Pumpkin!
